Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 2026 • Framework Agreement & Governance
1. Agreement Scope
These Terms of Service govern the engagement between ET Creatives ("Agency") and entities or individuals ("Client") acquiring our web development, performance marketing, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), branding, or strategic consulting services.
2. Services & Execution Performance
Our squads execute deliverables strictly in accordance with approved project Statements of Work (SOW) or retainer agreements. While we engineer platforms for maximum PageSpeed scores (100 benchmarks) and high-ROAS campaign architecture, final market results depend on third-party ad auction costs, algorithm updates, and client execution response times.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon full settlement of all project invoices, the Client retains full ownership of custom website code, creative assets, and brand content developed exclusively for them. Pre-existing agency frameworks, proprietary optimization algorithms, and reusable software modules remain the property of ET Creatives.
4. Payment Terms & Retainers
Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance unless otherwise stipulated in the SOW. Work may be paused if accounts exceed 30 days overdue.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
